Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the dt222 platform, including but not limited to the website located at dt222.io, any associated mobile-optimised pages, the game lobby, the cashier, and all customer support channels operated by or on behalf of dt222 ("Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise using the Platform in any manner, you ("Player", "User", "You") unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account by contacting the dt222 support team.

These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. dt222 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be published on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the dt222 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. dt222 operates a strict 21+ policy in accordance with its responsible gaming commitments. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended and all funds held within the account will be forfeited.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or agent of dt222 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processing partners, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of Bangladesh or the jurisdiction in which you reside.
• You must not be self-excluded from the Platform or subject to any exclusion order issued by dt222 or any associated responsible gaming body.

dt222 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including a copy of a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by dt222 may result in suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the dt222 Platform, including placing bets, participating in live casino games, and processing deposits and withdrawals, you are required to register a Player account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on the dt222 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or any other identifying information, is strictly prohibited.
• During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number, and your date of birth.
• You must not register an account using false, misleading, or third-party personal information. Accounts registered under another person's identity, including a fictitious identity, will be permanently suspended and any balance forfeited.
• dt222 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures at the time of registration or at any subsequent point, including prior to processing your first withdrawal. KYC documentation may include a copy of your NID, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, and a selfie photograph.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the contact details associated with your account remain accurate and up to date. dt222 cannot be held responsible for communications that fail to reach you due to outdated contact information.

dt222 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for the decision.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dt222 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must select a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service or account.
• You must notify dt222's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Any activity that occurs on your account prior to your notification to dt222 of unauthorised access is deemed to have been carried out by you and you remain responsible for any bets placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested during that period.

dt222 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purportedly from dt222 that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

Deposits and Withdrawals

dt222 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction.
• All payment accounts used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the name of the dt222 account holder. dt222 does not accept third-party deposits or process withdrawals to accounts held in names other than that of the registered Player.
• Deposits are credited to the Player's dt222 balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Mobile financial service (MFS) deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Verified withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be longer during peak periods or public holidays.
• dt222 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly larger than the Player's typical transaction history.
• dt222 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which dt222 accepts no responsibility.
• Any deposits made in error must be reported to the support team within 24 hours. dt222 cannot guarantee recovery of funds deposited in error after this period.

Bonuses and Promotions

dt222 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant offer, which may include minimum deposit requirements, geographic restrictions, or account standing conditions.
• All bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 30x, 40x) and the list of games that contribute to the wagering requirement will be stated in the specific offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the offer. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without notice.
• dt222 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being claimed by a Player. Once credited to a Player's account, a bonus will not be retroactively withdrawn except in cases of suspected abuse or breach of these Terms.
• Where a Player holds both a real-money balance and a bonus balance, real-money funds will be used for wagering before bonus funds, unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, the use of low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, or collusion with other Players to exploit promotional terms, will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings and may result in permanent account suspension.
• dt222 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to active bonuses where reasonably practicable.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the dt222 Platform are subject to the following general rules:

• A bet is not confirmed until it has been accepted and a confirmation reference has been issued to the Player. Any technical error that prevents the issuance of a confirmation reference will render the bet void and any amount staked will be returned to the Player's balance.
• dt222 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or manifest mistake on the part of dt222 or any of its game providers. In such cases, the original stake will be returned.
• The rules applicable to individual casino games, including return-to-player (RTP) percentages and game mechanics, are governed by the rules of the relevant game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, etc.). dt222 does not alter the RNG or RTP settings of any game supplied by a certified provider.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dt222 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account, the forfeiture of all balances held within the account, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Use of automated software, scripts, bots, or any artificial intelligence system to place bets, access account information, or interact with the Platform in any manner that substitutes for or supplements human action.
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, including coordinating bets across multiple accounts or sharing information about live game outcomes.
• Exploitation of software errors, display bugs, or technical malfunctions to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error that should not have been made available must be reported to support immediately and are subject to recovery.
• Arbitrage betting strategies or any systematic low-risk wagering approach designed primarily to convert bonus funds into withdrawable cash rather than to engage in genuine recreational gaming.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dt222 shall not be liable to any Player for:

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Account Suspension and Termination

dt222 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements, including age requirements.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by dt222.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring the suspension or termination of the account.
• Extended inactivity: accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. dt222 will make reasonable efforts to contact the Player before taking any action on an inactive account.

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Upon voluntary closure or termination for reasons unrelated to breach, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their dt222 account may do so by contacting the support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 2 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time).

Privacy

dt222 collects, stores, and processes personal data about Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between dt222 and each Player. By registering an account and using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the dt222 Privacy Policy.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a Player and dt222 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the dt222 support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the Player's initial complaint, the Player may escalate the complaint by submitting a written summary to [email protected]. dt222 will provide a written final response within 15 business days of receiving a written escalation.

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief where necessary to protect its rights or interests pending the outcome of a dispute resolution process.
